My journey began within the restaurant industry. Before real estate, I worked at Earls Kitchen + Bar for eight years. During that time, I developed my interpersonal skills and found success while working in numerous roles throughout the company. In my most recent position as Assistant General Manager, I had the opportunity to lead a cohesive team that achieved a high volume of sales and excellent levels of employee engagement. With Avison Young, I get the fantastic opportunity to work with businesses, supporting their real estate visions and guiding their teams through the commercial market. Throughout my career, I have found an interest in connecting with people and using my ambitions to seek out new challenges. I'm intrigued by problem-solving and using creativity to set goals and grow. I value teamwork and always look to find new ways to collaborate with people. In my spare time, I love to stay active by either participating in recreational sports, spending time outside, or developing my health and wellness.
