Manage fleet accounts and service of equipment. Provide quick proactive response to breakdowns to ensure reduction in customer down time. Ensure parts availability for repairs. Keep current documentation of asset lists and repairs done. Access lift software program for diagnostic and repair. Repair variety of machines including LP, gas, diesel, man lifts, and electrical powered equipment. Diagnose battery systems and charging systems. Repair when necessary.

Maintain customer needs and provide solutions to warehouse/production issues. Manage customer accounts and equipment. Diagnose and repair equipment through hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical schematics. Keep records of equipment maintenances and perform preventative maintenance through pro-active response. Use 5S program to maintain a fluidity to work environment. Work on any and all equipment that is requested for service: conveyors, dock doors, east ovens, pneumatic controlled systems, battery chargers along with programming software.

Perform preventative maintenance on machines. Use measurement tools such as dial indicators, laser alignment tools, calipers, and micrometers. Rebuilt machines using mechanical drawings and electrical schematics. Troubleshoot and repair electrical/mechanical issues. Troubleshoot PLC's and drives.
