I am a graduate of Middle Tennesee State University. I graduated in May 2019 with a degree in Information Systems and Analytics. My courses at MTSU have taught me a lot about databasing and analytical tools such as Microsoft Access, SQL Tools, Excel, and Tableau. I learned how to code in C# using Visual Studio, ASP.NET Web Form Applications, and Python in my favorite courses.At CRS Data, I routinely process and filter data to increase the accuracy of the company's databases. I utilize Transact-SQL in SQL Server Management Studio every day to process data for CRS's product. I have assisted in creating SQL stored procedures and functions to improve data accuracy and data reporting at CRS. As an analyst, I enjoy finding the correlations between different types of data to unfold the narratives and trends that analydata leads to.As a Fraud Investigator, I was relied upon to report on financial criminal activity accurately. Investigating fraud has given me a skill set for analyzing data to correctly determine fraudulent and suspicious activity. My position as an intern for Southern Made, in Nashville, has given me insight into different areas of expertise such as Marketing, Data Analysis, and Software Development. I have experience working with Active Directory and Customer Service through the job experience that I have had during my time working at the MTSU IT Help Desk.
