Experienced Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the heavy civil construction industry. I have extensive experience in Large Diameter water and sewer pipelines both in and out of street ROW. I have completed residential rehab of water/wastewater systems and constructed new utilities in rural areas. Projects include excavations over 30' deep, in sand and ground water, where grade must be precise. I have managed hand-mined bores in both sand and rocky soils. Designed and executed many wastewater bypass systems for lift station rehab and wastewater tie-ins. I work well with Project Owners and Engineers to complete projects on time and within budget. I take on a large role in contract negotiations with both large and small municipalities. Scheduling and budgeting come with every project.
