Provide consulting and business analyst services for state and local governments in public safety, criminal justice, transportation, and healthcare industries. Primary responsibilities include project management, business process analysis, organizational assessments, and technology systems procurement and implementation oversight for large-scale information technology (IT) systems.Key accomplishments include:• Manage independent review for a statewide driver and vehicle services system implementation, resulting in successful risk identification and mitigation • Assist with request for proposal (RFP) development for ten (10) system selection projects with budgets ranging from $25,000 to $400,000, culminating in successful acquisitions of state and local IT systems• Lead deliverable development for system selection projects, generating $15,000 to $80,000 in revenue per deliverable• Lead client meetings for seven (7) IT system procurements• Supervise State Government Practice Group intern; advise intern onboarding and offboarding processes; inform recruitment of future staff consultant candidates• Write proposals to government RFPs in collaboration with New Business Development Department• Develop personalized marketing copy and campaigns for departments of motor vehicles and corrections industries (e.g., Telehealth in Corrections e-book) in collaboration with Marketing Department
