Worked on-site at Walker Tenneco, a large customer of PCA, collecting measurements on over 3000 product SKUs. Organized and used this data to consolidate and reduce packaging SKU's required. Worked closely with senior employees from PCA and Walker to analyze data findings, and packaging design solutions; Collaborated with PCA designers to create unique solutions to reduce Walker box costs; Gained exposure to both Tenneco and PCA’s manufacturing facilities and processes; Used problem solving skills and creativity to achieve a mutually beneficial solution for both parties.

Supervised shifts of five workers to ensure a safe and efficient workplace. Enforced safety regulations and handled safety protocols. Reconciled till at end of each shift many times reaching $3000-$4000. Communicated verbally with a large volume of customers to offer service and assistance daily. Corresponded closely with managers and owners over matters regarding improvement of business practices.
