I provide communications and HR support to 450+ employees, a variety of non-union hourly and salaried positions at Ingersoll Rand's Mocksville manufacturing facility.

Owned HR initiatives and activities for a manufacturing facility with 300+ hourly non-union and salaried employees. Our site manufactures a variety of high mix, low volume air/pneumatic hand tools, pumps, and engine starters.• Responsibilities include: performance management, talent development, hourly recruitment, systems training, employee engagement programs, disciplinary actions/procedures, policy design, employee communications, time and attendance/payroll systems, as well as ensuring EEOC/SOX/ISO compliance for employee documents.

I conduct process improvement work as well as large project management for deployment of changes to current HR Services, or deploying new services for our employees and business systems.

Member of Accellerated Development Program - 1 year rotation conducted at Ingersoll Rand - Industrial Technologies Sector Manufacturing facility in North Carolina.Responsibilities included staffing, performance reviews, line manager training/coaching, restructuring and layoff decisions and activities, environmental health and safety training and audits, employee events and activities, and general employee relations and discipline.

Defined strategies on university recruitment including increasing diversity and aligning and developing communications between different groups recruiting within the same company.Designed early talent website content as well as brochures to better represent the rotational programs at Ingersoll Rand. Lastly, designed the enterprise Internship program (originally interns were hired per sector and not tracked) deployed in 2009 which has successfully provided strong candidates for current rotational programs.
