Graduated with a BA Hons First Class Qualification. I studied all different aspects of Accounting and Finance including financial accounting, management accounting, all different types of tax, business ethics/ philosophy and many more.

Working in the accounts team, I was required to produce full and final accounts, with zero error, for the clients and Companies House. Predominantly using CaseWare to assist the preparation of accounts, I also frequently used QuickBooks, Xero, Sage and Excel. I would converse with all the bookkeeping, tax, audit and payroll teams to obtain the relevant information. This would lead to the preparation of reconciliations of clients VAT, bank statements, equity analysis statements and any other outstanding payments, thus, inquiring about any missing information. Additionally, I would research the specific FRS criteria for the production of 105 and 102A accounts, which was essential for making amendments.

I conducted entertaining/ engaging sessions for stag and hen parties whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism. The sessions were usually an hour-long which gave the clients enough time to thoroughly enjoy the activities and for me to assist with any recommendations for places to go.

I built my confidence up by presenting to many locals whilst earning £10,000 for the charity, Marie Curie. I made an abundance of new friends who were all extremely passionate about their charities.
