5+ years of service experience led me to begin my service manager at Bass Pro Shops. Although I had not worked as a service manager before my past jobs I had either worked on vehicles or wrote service jobs for other mechanics. Before starting in the service industry I was in the United States Army and I was training to be a watercraft engineer. I was medically retired about halfway through AIT and I was sent home. That is when I began my career in service. Now, I work as a Service Manager in the Tracker Department of Bass Pro. I believe that a team that works together operates better. I seek and build hard-working individuals and help to shape them into workers that I know they can be. I am very goal orientated and will not give up until I meet my goals. I believe that if you are going to do something you should do it 110%.I have been able to break records that our Tracker Department has never been able to do. I am known most for bringing growth to my department and never giving up till we reach those goals and go above and beyond. I have been able to build an entire new team of workers and I have been able to double our profit for the year 4 months in my new postion.
