Per my previous role, I was taken on by Canon full time as a result of the supplier contract changing hands within Accenture, allowing me to continue within my role within the Local Tech Support room in the Accenture Newcastle Office in Cobalt Business park; and until the start of September 2023, I have worked there full time. My most recent task within the role involved managing the Laptop Accessories inbox and function for the entirety of the UK and Ireland for Accenture, assisting New Joiners and long term employees alike receive the items they need to continue their work without issues. This included basic necessities such as chargers, monitors and such, in addition to working closely with the Risk Management team in helping provide specialist equipment for those in need. This task involved regular and consistent interfacing with a variety of company suppliers, inbox management, order references etc.My continued role varied differently with added responsibility as a lead of our small team. In addition to spearheading a portion of a PC Upgrades program to ensure overdue laptops from company users were upgraded, I also contacted many personally and arranged them myself - in addition to various customer service responsibilities for this large process, requiring a lot of problem solving for a myriad of different cases from people who were having issues or questions. Much of this was kept track on ServiceNow and therefore have a good bit of experience with that, in addition to SharePoint.I was managing and ensuring courier bookings/deliveries were completed and sent out on time, as well as managing the consumables (accessories and hardware).Another responsibility for my time here was handling direct client liaisons over job requirements, taking responsibility for quality, efficiency and deadline achievement. Additionally, due to working as an integral part of the client team, I was able to manage workflow and prioritize a varied workload.

I worked as a Contractor for Randstad, to whom my client was Williams Lea LTD for Accenture. My workplace was the build room, and I worked as an Office Services Operator through handling their mail room - this included ensuring courier bookings and deliveries were completed and sent out on time, as well as managing the consumables (accessories and hardware) in their various locations and in the stock room. This also included the lifting of semi-heavy items, such as laptops, back boards and so forth.Another responsibility for my time in the Newcastle Branch for Accenture (Cobalt Business Park) was handling direct client liaisons over job requirements, taking responsibility for quality, efficiency and deadline achievement. Additionally, due to working as an integral part of the client team, I was able to manage workflow and prioritize a varied workload.
