Being an Executive Officer (XO) in the United States Army Military Police Corps is exactly what you think it is like. I am the guy everyone wants to know and have a good relationship with but nobody wants to be. If you want a job or a plan done right I am the one people go to.Through my experience in the Army being placed in leadership positions in unfamiliar situations, I have learned to work with any team to solve problems and complete the mission. I am people oriented because people are the most valuable resource we have.My experience, training, and education have honed my leadership/management skills. From deploying a 120 person company to the field with only organic equipment to simply running a pistol qualification for a 109 person company. Logistics and operations are what I do best. I am a avid outdoorsman who loves hunting, hiking, and camping. I am not only willing to but love getting my hands dirty to ensure a job gets done right. That is why I am a hobbyist carpenter that builds much of my own display pieces and furniture.
