My professional goal as a civil engineer is to facilitate the upbringing of infrastructure by utilizing my creativity, communication skills, and positive outlook on the growth of the DFW Metroplex. My first step in achieving my goal is completing my Bachelor of Science in Construction Management at The Univerity of Texas at Arlington. I strongly value all engineering aspects, including undervalued skills such as communication, which has led me to pursue a Minor in communication at The University of Texas at Arlington. Such expertise would build a skill set that would allow me to work, adapt, and thrive in challenging environments that require a strong understanding of team communication or knowledge of cultural, physical, or comprehensive differences. Through the Construction Management program at the University of Texas at Arlington, I can enhance my abilities and pursue my goals in civil engineering.
