- Created a detailed Excel model forecasting 7-year cash flow for a 343-unit multifamily property in Atlanta, GA. As part of the analysis, created a comp set and used comparable property rents in my market rent and rent growth assumptions- Modeled revenue and expense line items and assisted in creating an IRR model, including acquisition price and terminal value, on both a levered and un-levered basis- Designed a budget for a recently acquired on-site daycare center modeling student occupancy, tuition, government reimbursement rates on a per student and per class basis
