I have worked in a medium sized credit union for the last 10 years. I started as a teller and worked by way up through different roles in the company. This gave me insight in to how most areas of the company function. This job knowledge has given me the ability to work closely with other departments to build reports, streamline job tasks, and help reduce employee frustration. I am also able to work closely with our training department to help teach others how my area works, and help expand employee understanding. Managing the core system for the last few years has also allowed me to explore databases and programming. These two areas allow me to create custom solutions for my company.
