Design all promotional material for print and e-mail, design banners, manage digital and physical archive including photographs, supplemental artist documents, and all other records regarding artists or art works, assist in maintaining inventory, pulling images and/or paintings for clients, create video interviews and installation videos, manage website team making corrections and maintenance, image content, scan and preserve historical image archive, design and print all wall vinyl for the gallery and exhibitions, photograph installations and exhibitions, extensive use of Lightroom, Photoshop InDesign and ArtBase, print promotional material for internal use, answer phone calls, greet guests, order supplies as needed. Responsible for sales of Custom Framing and Ready-Made frames, following and administering the work flow production system under the supervision of the Framing Manager. Responsible for assisting the Framing Manager in planning the production of orders, placing material orders and maintenance of the frame shop as well as taking orders, providing exceptional customer service and the production of orders.
