Dedicated account manager for 11:FiftyNine's midweight client's, providing monthly reports and objectives alongside the managing director. Performing keyword research and areas of growth for projects based on their internal and external operations.

As part of my placement for my Masters, I worked with the Media Suite in a marketing assistant role supporting one of their key clients the 'Wales International Film Festival' to which I improved their online presence and undertook general marketing efforts.

Working part-time whilst studying my MSc I undertook a few different roles within Jackdaw, main duties were optimising websites with on page and off page SEO practices as well as being a point of contact for clients and their projects.

• Performed basic bookkeeping and accounts tasks. • Gained experience in using specialist software such as Sage, working in an office environment and time management. Improved ability of working in different roles. • Working with Financial Director in preparation of management accounts, bank reconciliations and debtor’s schedules.

Provided business support to a new start up company working alongside the owner in which the key focus was to build clientele database for Gym memberships and Gym classes. Also helped in the marketing of the business through social media outlets. • Worked alongside company owner to run a successful Facebook Ad campaign.
