After working for 16 years in secondary education as a teacher of Mathematics I have decided to leave the education sector and have completed a Data Science bootcamp with HyperionDev; achieving a 95% overall mark for all tasks. Through this I have gained new skills in the use of SQL, Python, NumPy, Pandas, Seaborn and Data Visualisation using Tableau, which I have enjoyed using alongside my broader statistical expertise to interrogate and gain insight from large and diverse datasets. I am a university graduate with high mathematical competency and over a decade of experience in the delivery of education and training. I am a highly organised, hard-working, and ambitious individual who enjoys problem solving and resource management. I am articulate and confident with excellent communication skills; both written and verbal. I have extensive leadership experience with a proven track record of success managing small teams. I am equipped with a variety of transferable skills including computer literacy, training and motivation, relationship building and data analysis.
