As the swim club manager, I oversaw all aspects of running the pool. I did the scheduling for a team of 12 lifeguards and led them throughout the summer. I oversaw the facilities and kept things clean. I acted hospitably towards guests and made sure they were comfortable. I also oversaw all of the major events that sometimes had upwards of 200+ people.

As a junior counselor, I was tasked with supervising a bunk of about thirty 11-12 year old boys and lead them to various athletic, craft, and adventure activities for eight weeks during the summer. I had to constantly communicate with my superiors to ensure the safety of the children. In addition, I supervised multiple junior counselors and counselors in training and helped them become acquainted with the job and perform to a higher standard.
