In his new role at Accenture, Jacob is given a unique opportunity to influence multiple companies through well-crafted solutions that are developed using artificial intelligence and best business practices. Through this, Jacob hopes to not only add value to his client's bottom line, but also be continuously adding to the client's social responsibility and their societal foot print. By weaving in business ethics and best practices, Jacob hopes to be able to help drive change for a better working world.Additionally, Jacob is focused on supporting the efforts of Accenture’s leadership in applying innovation, agile and design methodologies into their clients solutions by creating value through constructing an environment for his team that fosters growth and innovation. Concurrently with his career at Accenture, Jacob is a Military Intelligence Officer in the US Army Reserves as a platoon leader where he oversees soldiers and executes military intelligence collection and analysis. Prior to this, Jacob focused on the structural design and logical processes of database architecture. His value proposition to his team is his ability to work well in multi-disciplinary teams while bringing both technical and professional skills to the table to foster a genuine and diverse working environment. Through passion and persistence, he hopes to be able to create value to his clients and further the mission of Accenture.
