Responsible for assisting the primary PM in the coordination and execution of projects from initiation to completion. Work with vendors and customers to build satisfactory deliverables as well as budget outcomes for HVAC and refrigeration-related industrial projects across the Southeastern United States.

Serving in the sole Testing Facility for the USAF in Europe, I was handpicked to work with an elite team of performance analysts to ensure high-quality engine production. A daily workload includes operating multi-million dollar engine units, troubleshooting elusive performance issues, and rectifying them within specific timelines. In this job, I am able to showcase a high level of attention detail, as well as critical thinking skills to perform my key duties. I have been promoted within this section to a leadership role, where I now have the opportunity to lead shifts and coach peers through various tasks.

In this role, I am responsible for the timely sending/receiving of multiple testing components worth well over $5M in total. These items are sent to a nearby facility for calibration, where they are prepared for their return to Spangdahlem AB. This role heavily involves time management as well as attention to detail and record processing of items inbound/outbound. In addition, I am responsible with coordinating on-site calibration work for items which may not be shipped due to size/weight and are valued over $5M. This work is done in collaboration with contractors who I often liaison with to ensure calibration is performed within the confines of our time constraints.

As a Program Manager, I am assigned multiple programs for which I am responsible for the successful completion of a variety of tasks. These tasks can include daily, weekly, semi-annual and annual inspections as well as the logistical coordination of testing components (as highlighted in the Logistics Manager position) and standard operational procedures to ensure high standard of functional quality. In addition to my logistics program, I am also responsible for the continuous improvement and maintenance of our asset management software. This software contains the records for all assets assigned to the work center as well as the accompanying inspection documents. This involves software administration skills in addition to record processing and IT skills to keep the software updated in accordance with the most recent version. Finally, both programs entail a human resource management component of duty, as I am ultimately responsible for the alternate POC (point of contact) for both programs. I am entrusted to verify work is completed on-time and at accepted standard by these personnel as well who are placed under my command.

As an aerospace propulsion technician, I had the opportunity to work directly in a fast-paced, ever changing environment. My work directly affected several other military shops, making my skills an essential element of my position. Within my workplace, I was able to utilize several of my natural skills (time management, communication, analytical skills) as well as learned project management skills to streamline the inspection/repair/testing of numerous engines on a daily basis. I worked in this position for nearly nearly 4 years and am considered a highly effective leader for my troop and lower ranking individuals (I am currently a Staff Sergeant).

I am transitioning from the military and utilizing Allegiant Giving’s Skillbridge Program to assist me in this endeavor.

As Event Coordinator, I was responsible for setting budgets, ensuring sufficient staff availability, and coordinating all elements of various events ranging in attendance size. The biggest event for which I have helped organized has been around 5,000 people. Additionally, in this role I directly marketed numerous events through several mediums including OOH advertising as well as video, radio, and email marketing. This proved hugely impactful and increased both our event page views and attendance considerably for multiple projects.
