I am very strong on process improvement, for about 15 years I have mostly focused on manufacturing processes, but when I in 2018 got introduced to Robotic Process Automation (RPA), my focus has switched, as I see an enormous untapped potential in improving administrative processes using RPA and other automation tools. The field is constantly developing, with new gains with AI, document understanding, ML, language models etc. My guestimate is that about 40-50% of administrative work could potentially be automated, this could free up a lot of human brainpower for doing more challenging tasks, plus it could speed up the administrative processes greatly, computers are simply faster than humans. The last bit that should not be forgotten, we want to always know what is going on, what is the latest development, what does the data tell us? There is also a vast automation potential in this field. I have for a while considered myself to be one of Denmark's most experienced coaches within Lean six sigma, having coached more than 100 people as green or black belts. I can now add my experience on deploying RPA, identifying opportunities, creating and maintaining robots that solve the needs of my colleagues. Tvilum successfully deployed RPA with me in front, saving up to 3000 hours on a monthly basis, as well as creating a significant amount of employee satisfaction from colleagues being able to focus on non-trivial tasks. My past job experience has seen me in several different sectors and having worked with almost all functions in organisations I have wide knowledge of how organisations work, both in terms of systems, process, data and human behavior.
