• Led a cross-functional, 12-person Special Forces team in preparation for combat and advisory deployments to the Middle East and Africa, selected ahead of four adjacent teams to lead a remote mission site in Niger for seven months• Directed a task force of 25 U.S. military and civilian personnel in the most remote mission location in the DoD on an operational deployment to Niger; directly advised senior Nigerien military leaders and staff functions• Devised and implemented intelligence gathering processes to better determine current enemy activity and disposition while creating indicators to predict future activity, increased visibility of enemy movement patterns• Created multiple solutions to defeat technological countermeasures used by near-peer and terrorist threats, wrote, and distributed organizational white papers to disseminate lessons learned for wider adoption • Planned and executed five successive multi-national combat operations incorporating lessons learned into the next cycles, leading to reduced turn-around time and effectiveness of follow-on operations • Developed training and equipment modernization initiatives of the organization's underwater and maritime programs, increasing preparedness for contingency operations against near peer threats such as Russia, China, and Iran • Advised a Nigerien General Officer and respective staff to counter Violent Extremist Organizations, developed intelligence and operational initiatives to achieve strategic Nigerien and US objectives in the region

• Implemented maintenance plan centered around proactive measures and direct report empowerment to track and sustain a 90% readiness of equipment in preparation for a major annual training event and follow-on deployment to Afghanistan • Liaised with external logistics organizations and led a project to transport $10M of unit equipment from Bagram to Kabul; forecasted and resourced nine months of ammunition to train 150 US personnel

• Led a 35-person organization in the planning and execution of over 20 short and medium-range combat operations while partnering with and incorporating Afghan counterparts to ensure cultural cohesion and mission success • Selected to incorporate a female combat medic into an all-male platoon, a first with the organization, fostered a climate of teamwork and mutual respect between all members

• Researched and designed various logistical and operational frameworks in support of the organization, developed five different operational frameworks which were conducted over 50 iterations over a three-month period• Collaborated with a range of military and civilian organizations to develop and execute a movement plan for over 900 personnel, directed the culminating aerial movement of 200 personnel on the final day of execution
