I love animals! That is the long and short of it when it comes to my Bio. My company, Orange Paws, allows me to interact with many animal welfare organizations, as well as help pets with inflammatory issues. Animals are my passion, and I love supporting the mission of the HSSA. This is an arts-in-medicine organization that supports children coping with serious illness. I’ve been honored to work with Beads of Courage in multiple capacities over the past 13 years.www.BeadsofCourage.orgWe launched "Orange Paws" with the hope of helping aging and medically fragile animals find relief and healing by adding turmeric to their diets. My business partner, Dr. Laura Pawlak, created our formula and is the backbone of all that we do. My side is the management and promotion of our business, caring for our many ranch animals, and hands-on collaboration and participation in community animal programs.Our Orange Paws pilot product "Turmeric Plus" promotes health and longevity in dogs and cats of any age. Turmeric products are especially beneficial to pets with heart issues, arthritis, hip dysplasia, allergies, gut problems, and mental decline. The anti-inflammatory benefits of turmeric and its incredible component, curcumin, can make a dramatic improvement in pets suffering from acute inflammatory issues. "Orange Equine" is the larger version of the product, packaged for horses, donkeys, pigs, and other ranch animals. Both are human-grade, organic, and of the highest quality.Orange Paws has put me in contact with many local and national animal welfare groups, and we are proud to partner and donate whenever possible. I am proud to be a Member of the Humane Society of Southern Arizona's Board of Directors. I'm thrilled to use my experience in fundraising and non-profit development to assist in the wonderful work HSSA does for our community's pets.So, the long and short of my story is, again, "I love animals!"
