Special Programs Division

Increase and support the level of service to the county's growing senior population by serving on the Senior Services team and by overseeing all central and southern area senior activity centers, programs and special events.

Central Area Operations Division

Oversee multiple community centers and facilitate staff development, facility operations, program planning and community events through the supervision of full-time staff. Plan, schedule and assign work to full-time and part-time staff at multiple work sites, including recruitment, training, performance management and retention. Liaise with several advisory boards to identify needs and provide recreational opportunities to the communities served.

Montgomery County Parks, Enterprise Division

Manage multiple enterprise facilities. Plan, schedule and assign work to staff at multiple work sites, including recruitment, training, performance management and retention. Provide recreational opportunities and programming for target populations, including youth, teens and adults in the community.

Northern Area Operations Division

Facility and program management for youth, teens, adults and seniors, including camps, classes, fitness and specials events. Maintain high customer service standards with internal and external customers and provide diverse, responsive programs based on community needs and department priorities.

Lead and liaise with advisory boards to implement policy change to benefit program participants and maintain standards through leadership transition.Manage various programs with as many as 2,400 registrants and 450 volunteer staff, including overseeing program budgets encompassing $300,000 annually.Recruit, train, evaluate and retain part-time staff.Oversee facilities during events, including maintaining customer service standards and coordinating external users, part-time staff and professional staff.Schedule and permit outdoor facility space for 80 fields on a seasonal and annual basis.

Managed over 40 sport and wellness programs and services for students, faculty and staff.Evaluated and modified risk management and emergency action plans for multiple facilities.Marketed recreational sports programs and facilities.Responsible for the recruitment, development and effectiveness of staff.
