About Jacob Crone
I started my professional life in the IT-business as an IT-supporter and later as an IT-specialist. The last 5 years my focus has been on people-management, since I had the oppotunity to be Teamleader for an IT-support department. My interest for people-management was quickly aroused, and it wasnt long before I had another department to run.From here on out people-management and project-management has been mine core interest.I have a great passion for my employees well-being and their continued development, as I have seen and felt the massive gain these improvements can have for a company.The experience I have gained over the years a leader, is that the best results are obtained via my employees contiued development and high spirits.By having focus on my employees strengths and potentials as a active part of my management-style, we as a team have, have managed to fulfill the goals and responsibilities my superiors wanted. This approach have had a positive effect on the service-level (KPI), the customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and have raised the productivity.
