About Jacob Schmidt

Manager of teams of true engineering experts has been my main position and fortunate opportunity for more than 10 years. My technical background is in electronics and embedded FW and as a project manager I have had the opportunity to work with experts also in mechanics, and electro chemistry.I lead teams of highly motivated and empowered experts in a motivational dialogue based manner, and I support by my analytical skills and methodical approach. My education for Diploma in Leadership is on people dynamics at both person, group and organizational level and include tools in change management, critical feedback, coaching and communication. My professional passions are business development and the structured process of creating innovation and solutions.
