• Time Management• Excels at Admin Support: HCL All Star Award: Exemplary service of Admins• Assists with continued refining and documenting of processes and procedures• 3+ years of hardware maintenance support and customer facing experience in Personal and Lab devices and peripherals• Confidence with removal and installation of hardware components and troubleshoot OS, Boot and bios configuration issues• Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook, PowerBi basics and Skype for Business• Hardware Inventory tracking, Admin communication, VSO Ticketing & Tag protocol and Tier specifications• Provide daily support on all inventory related environments including JitBit Ticketing, Shared Admin Storeroom support, PCR requests, Building Sweeps, Hardware support upgrades and troubleshooting• Ensure team process and procedure documents are maintained and updated as changes occur to ensure team has most up to date information • Manage PCR bins, coordinate pickup and work to prevent pilferage• Training of New Hires in Shared Admin Storeroom, PCR and INV Tool• Effectively collaborate in professional working partnerships within the Admin Community, WDG Teams and outside Vendor partners including: Deployment, Consolidation, Procurement, Receiving, Facilities and Mailing & Freight Services• Share ideas and best practices for standardization and to improve efficiency• Makes adjustments based on emergent needs to assist Admin community• Willingness to go above and beyond• Escalate to Team Lead when additional direction is needed, blocked or when applicable • Use knowledge to conduct routine/efficient break fixes on a case-by-case basis• Lab Networking and Cable Management
