I grew up in the country on a farm with many family businesses. Growing up this way allowed me to learn many skills and to consistently push myself from a young age. I am forever curious and pushing myself to do better and learn more.Through college I was taught in a way to allow us to think higher and bigger with the goal of being able to leave that program with the ability to run businesses. This involved courses in cost, human relations, and clinical hours of real work in a 4 diamond hotel. This all made me even more ready to tackle challenges.As I have grown older I have pushed myself more for a career and less just a job. I love being at a place that cares for the people working for them and allows people to speak up and challenge themselves. I may not always have the specific skills for a role but that has never stopped me from learning and asking questions when I feel stuck. Communication is the biggest tool we have.
