I am committed to excellent legal writing and research to secure the best outcomes for clients and advance the reputation of my team.In law school, I have strengthened my research and writing abilities in my legal writing class and am excited to support incoming students by serving as a Legal Writing Teaching Assistant in the fall. I am also excited to serve on the staff of both the Fordham Law Review and Fordham Law Moot Court Board this coming year, where I will continue to improve my research and writing abilities. This summer, I am further developing these skills in my judicial internship with The Honorable Brian R. Martinotti at the District of New Jersey. In this role, I observe civil and criminal proceedings, conduct legal research, and write legal memos that inform judicial opinions.Before attending law school, I consistently honed my skills between two writing- and research-intensive majors in Government & Law and English. Beyond my coursework, I contributed to five peer-reviewed publications as a research fellow.Concurrent with my studies in 2020, I founded a software development business, strengthening my work ethic, capacity for collaboration, and adaptable problem-solving. I managed a team of eight located across six time zones to develop a software product used in twenty countries across six continents. This experience confirmed my interest in delivering solutions directly to multiple stakeholders on intellectually engaging, time-sensitive issues.
