About Jacob Eckstein

It did not take long for me to realize that my favorite part of the day is when I am able to provide relief to a crisis someone is facing. My career has led me to come face-to-face with customers and their needs. Whether it is providing transportation options to a company on a complete outsource scale, or matching the right insurance coverage with a teenage driver and their new car. I love when my heart starts to pound at crunch time and a client has come to me in dire need. Those moments are so valuable; because we are either going to win together or we are going to learn. Either way, it builds us up for the next crisis and the next chance to build credibility and rapport. I’ve learned early that the plan doesn’t always come together. There are semi-trucks that get lost, freight that gets crushed, and homes that are barraged by hail. We plan for those moments and we bounce back with options to improve our customer’s lives and businesses.
