Post announcements, files, blog entries, and upcoming meetings and lectures on Army Career tracker (ACT), for widest dissemination of information to Army Civilian workforce in the CEI-CF.• Increase the membership of CEI-CF Army Civilians in CEI-CF’s ACT page from under 350 to over 8,500 during calendar year 2021.• Create productivity tracking tools for the Workforce Development Team (WDT). These tools are used to analyze and depict the output production of WDT.• Develop Licensing and Certification index for all the CEI-CF. The spreadsheet delineates certifications and licenses, and their sources, mandated for all 99 occupational series in CEI-CF.• Support the Development of the CEI-CF's Strategic Workforce Development Plan (SWP), the first ever developed in support of the Army People Strategy. • Created and maintain “The Cube” – a graphical matrix representation of the 99 occupational job series in CEI-CF. The Cube depicts occupational series by General Series (GS) and Wage Grade (WG) series; exclusively within CEI-CF; majority and minority of occupational series members within CEI-CF; student trainee occupational series; Mission Critical Occupation (MCO); Workforce Priority Occupation (WPO); and DoD Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) occupational series.• Created the FY22 CEI-CF (CP-18) Army Civilian Talent Development Program (ACTDP) Catalog – a summary document of Department of Army training programs and information for the workforce.

• Completed Army-wide career map for the 0020 – Community Planners occupational job series. Reached out to and coordinated with the Planning Community of Practice (CoP) and identified senior members of the 0020 – Community Planning occupational series at USACE. Assembled and led a national panel of GS-14/15 Community Planners. The Community Planners’ career map reflects general information for community planners as a whole and adds specific information for Civil Works Planning and Military Planning to encompass a variety of programs.• Completed Army-wide career map for the 0025 – Park Rangers occupational job series. Reached out to and coordinated with the Rangers Community of Practice (CoP) and identified senior members of the 0025 – Park Rangers occupational series at USACE. Assembled and led a national panel of GS-13/14/15 Park Rangers. Park Rangers are effectively capped at GS-13 positions; further opportunities are available at the 0401 – Natural Resource Management occupational series. The WDT added the college level coursework members of the Park Rangers community must complete to advance to GS-14/15 positions in the 0401 occupational series.• Successfully proposed a new systematic approach to choosing subsequent career maps to update based on changes in the occupational series – technological or regulatory evolution. • Execute regular and custom reporting regarding CP-18 workforce. Perform workforce analysis using WASS and other databases.• Composed the Training Coordinator’s Handbook used in the field office to inform CP-18 workforce of training opportunities, including application materials and pre-requisites.• Provided 5 classes of Geographic Information System (GIS) training to team members and proposed geospatial analysis of workforce to augment analysis.• Write articles for CP-18 newsletter on pertinent topics such as education (OPM school discounts, MIST federal employee discounts) and leadership.

• Developed and designed plans for new battalion/brigade Headquarters (HQ), Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facility (TEMF), and the Physical Fitness Facility at the Army’s Ft. Bliss (El Paso, TX), and Ft. Hood (Killeen, TX) for the Army Material Command (AMC). Participated in on-site design and planning charrette sessions with Department of the Army Action Officers. Created, edited, and finalized Computer Aided Design (CAD) plans.• Performed Basic Facility Requirements (BFR) and Asset Evaluation (AE) for several Naval facilities in the NAVFAC SE (Navy Facilities Southeast) region, including South Carolina, Georgia, Florida and Texas. Interviewed senior staff at those installations to incorporate feedback. • Lead analyst charged with performing market research to determine optimum location for a new, consolidated U.S. Coast Guard facility in Woodbine, NJ.• Designated as a “CAD Champion” and represented the Planning Division on the company level CAD Panel. Acted as CAD Subject Matter Expert (SME), developed CAD industry standards implemented for all Company CAD productions, used to tailor Division and Companywide training, and supported the division’s technical proficiency, professional development, and tradecraft. • Performed a comprehensive complex study of the Geography, Topography, Hydrography, Transportation, Infrastructure/Circulation, Public Utilities, and the legacy issues such as environmental impacts, (contaminated sites), wetlands, existing structures, and land usage. That data, coupled with Geographic Information Systems (GIS), was used to create maps, prepare and author the Master Plan Report for the Department of the Army’s training site in Minnesota, as well as 10 Army National Guard installations throughout Minnesota and Pennsylvania.• Created the Minnesota National Guard’s first-ever, web-based, master planning GIS tool, which enabled tactical, operational, and strategic commanders to make timely and relevant decisions from an overall superior picture of the battle space.• Performed and executed site surveys of prospective office locations for the IRS Post Duty Program. This allowed customers to determine which lease site was most fiscally beneficial and operationally effective.• Performed a review of the IRS’s Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) for relocating the workforce during a contingency such as a natural disaster. This included a geographic survey and layouts used to select locations in unaffected areas so that the IRS could quickly reposition their workforce with little to no interruption of operations.

• Performed research analysis of multiple Geopolitical Boundaries and populations grids using ArcView 9, this effort supported the World Project, part of the UNs Millennium Goals.

• Created and edited existing drawings of US Air Force equipment for upgrade and modernization located at installations across multiple COCOMS as part of the National Air and Space Program. The project primarily used AutoCAD 14, and 2000 Software.• Created and edited drawings with MicroStation Software for the new fiber optic cable system at Newark International Airport for the FAA.• Created drawings, and acted as custodian for the existing drawings for the Facilities Management Division at the Volpe Center.
