The WDT added the college level coursework members of the Park Rangers community must complete to advance to GS-14/15 positions in the 0401 occupational series.• Successfully proposed a new systematic approach to choosing subsequent career maps to update based on changes in the occupational series – technological or regulatory evolution. • Execute regular and custom reporting regarding CP-18 workforce. Perform workforce analysis using WASS and other databases.• Composed the Training Coordinator’s Handbook used in the field office to inform CP-18 workforce of training opportunities, including application materials and pre-requisites.• Provided 5 classes of Geographic Information System (GIS) training to team members and proposed geospatial analysis of workforce to augment analysis.• Write articles for CP-18 newsletter on pertinent topics such as education (OPM school discounts, MIST federal employee discounts) and leadership.

This included a geographic survey and layouts used to select locations in unaffected areas so that the IRS could quickly reposition their workforce with little to no interruption of operations.
