Part of Group Finance Management. Head of Finance Processes and Projects department in Demant: 10 employees based in Denmark and Poland. Overall responsible for global finance applications, finance processes, large finance projects and finance strategy. Focus on standardizing ways of working to optimize department performance while improving individual employee ownership and overall well-being.

Main focus was to be overall Programme Manager for a major strategic project in setting up the company EPOS, selling headsets. The programme included:- Tracks in IT, HR, Finance, Operations, Sales, Quality and regulatory as well as marketing- Launch of subsidiaries in 16 different companies, - Creating all processes from scratch for both Finance, Logistics, Customer Service, Sales, HR, Quality, and setting up full IT suite to support these, onboarding new employees and new company brand.Contributed to Demant HQ budget process and writing annual plan and budget to the board as well as supporting Group Services Management.

My focus was on transformation projects, primarily within the finance function. Either process optimisation, restructuring of tasks, or implementing supporting technology like robotics. I also served as project manager for starting a new municipality in Greenland. I focused on optimisation and project management - as a Prince2-certified project manager.Proving record of delivering results, e.g. by starting out as project optimisation consultant and being hired as team leader of about 10 people, focusing on implementation of new ERP update, getting rid of task back log, stakeholder management and strengthening the team spirit. Outsourcing of various daily tasks. As a project coordinator I handled the hand over process to an external outsourcing partner. The processes where first optimized internally, before developing process descriptions and setting up KPI's to ensure the possibility to track future performance.

Serving on the board of 'KIF', the company owning the bar 'Eforen' and a small on campus store.

I had the sole responsibility of eveything related to accounting at a small campus store and bar with around 10 part time employees. Responsibilities included bookkeeping, financial end of year and economics analysis.

As an assistant to the municipality council members in the second largest city of Denmark, I acted as a political sparring partner and adviser. I helped the local municipality members develop campaign ideas, write speeches and guide them in personal appearance.I was also part of developing new policy proposals on public transport and economic efficiency.

Simple bartending at the bar located at Aarhus University. From september 2010-August 2012: responsible for closing up and other staff during the night. Bartending gave my great insight into the importance of customer satisfaction.
