Responsibilities:A) Purchase of Engineering material and vendor development •Purchase of Capital , Consumables spares ,Electrical, Mechanical & Instrumentation spares and equipments and Civil Material•To maintain the stock of items to prevent production losses •Work involved maintaining of the ISO documentation.•Managing procurement of engineering material for New Projects / Expansions and day to day Repair & maintenance(R&M).•Preparation of procurement plan•Negotiating on price with respect to techno-commercial aspects•Approving LOI / Purchase order.•Follow-up with the supplier to meet the delivery schedule•Invoice verifications and approving for payment.•Maintaining proper accounts of all vendors and reconciling their accounts periodically.
