Work with customers to schedule preventative maintenance, service calls, and installation of HVAC systems and variable speed drives. Make collection calls for overdue invoices and assist Office Manager and Service Manager in drafting contracts. Complete invoicing and accounting tasks as needed. Assist with warehouse management, annual inventory, and serve as a backup in operating forklifts. Assist with parts sales as opportunities arise.
