CurrentLead and project manage multiple teams effectively in three classes, daily, by focusing on strengths and motivations while working with diverse populations and personalities. Lead design and developer of all in-house graphic design, illustrations, installations, and video production for school promotion and events.Collaborate with colleagues, administration, outside vendors and parent liaisons to organize and market community events such as First Friday art shows, plays and concerts.Train new staff and create professional development events on teacher development days.Organize, market and generate PR for school website and social media platforms.Work with diverse population and create bi-lingual marketing material for school events.Flexible ‘can do’ approach to working with colleagues and administration while simultaneouslyprioritizing needs.
