Daily, weekly and monthly updates to the Management• Providing the clients with relative profiles, as per their requirement specifications and fixing the interviews accordingly.• Building relationship with clients.

• Responsible for full life cycle recruiting for full-time, contract, and contract-to-hire positions.• Source and hire candidates through various channels with appropriate qualifications and necessary references.• Utilize Knowledge of Multiple, recruiting sources such as Dice, Monster, Indeed, Ladders, LinkedIn,3rdparty vendors, and various other recruiting strategies.• Screen candidates and check references.• Screening the candidates, so that the best match can reach the client.• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.• Maintain a database of prospective candidates.• Experience working in Job portals like ‘Ceipal’• Developed and implemented successful strategies to recruit and source candidates.• Source and screen applicants and maintain candidate information and relationships.• Identify niche skill candidates based on technical job specifications to develop a diverse pool of applicants.• Expertise in Boolean searches, innovative sourcing tools, and social networking sites. Handling different tax terms- W2 & Corp-to-Corp (C2C).• Handling recruitment of candidates with various visa types like H1B, Green Card, US Citizen, EADs,OPTs, etc.• Handling Full-Time Permanent, Contract, Contract to Hire (C2H) positions.• Network within the Technology Sector to develop active/passive Candidate flow.• Experience managing Candidates and Job Order information through an Applicant Tracking System.• Maintain own/personal Database of Potential and keep an eye over the opportunities for them.• Collaborate with Hiring Managers / Team Lead to understand niche role requirements, and strategize pipeline generation.• Expertise in Innovative Recruiting Techniques to actively and creatively evaluate, and network for theTalent.• Experience with ATS: - (1) Talent Hire Ceipal• Experience with VMS: - (1) Covendis (2) Scout (3) Recruitifi
