Working within a 60+ person corporate cyber and information security (including GDPR) focusing on training, recruiting as well as creating attractive career paths and workplace.My key repsonsibilities/objectives:- Build and manage a "Cyber and Information Security Academy" available to all employees at the MoD including all subjacent authorities (20,000+ employees)- Identify and design attractive corporate career paths within cyber, information security and GDPR across the corporation- Lead on identifying key factors for an "Attractive Workplace" as well as several associated tracks- Develop management reporting including set KPIs/metrics and continuously measure these resulting in regular management reporting and a yearly report presenting conclusions and learnings- Liase and coordinate with a wide range of internal as well as external partners and stakeholders- Develop, plan, execute and evaluate annual 2-day employee seminars as well as facilitate bi-annual management seminars - Recruitment of 60+ leaders and specialists within cyber, informationsecurity and GDPRBuild understanding and competence within cyber and information security (management) through completion of ISO27001, 27005 and CISM. In addition to this, completed a range of cyber and 'cyber operations' cources.
