• Assist in development of capitol project schedule and budget including 3-year and 5-year planswith $30M+ annual budget.
• Responsible for all new business plan reviews, permitting, and technical oversight for NorthCarolina including over 65 new developments.
• Perform internal engineering services for infrastructure projects of $50,000 and less.
• PPM software steering committee member responsible for NC software coordination androllout.
• Develop and implement group-wide standardized electronic and paper file structure for NorthCarolina engineering department.

• Projects include:o Jefferson Square at Washington Hill, Baltimore, MD – Contract Value $1,538,859o Nolan Parking Expansion, Fort Belvoir, VA – Contract Value $5,666,587o Indian Head Naval Support Facility Steam.
• Successfully proposed and negotiated over $2,425,000 in contract changes.
• Successfully negotiated and executed over $345,000 in third tier subcontracts.
• Client and Owner liaison for all responsible projects.
• Managed and trained two project engineers to assist with execution of responsible projects.
• Prepared and presented project cost projections to executive management for all responsible projects.
