I am passionate about working with business families to help them align with their family strategy. As a business family advisor, I have developed a proprietary methodology based on coaching principles, which aims to identify the values that allow each business family to formulate and achieve their mission.By developing workshops to improve personal relationships and achieve more fluid and effective communication within business families, facilitating Family Council meetings and retreats and undergoing individual and group coaching processes, I support the families through critical milestones in their evolution as a system.After over 25 years of valuable corporate experience in the areas of marketing, corporate strategy and strategic alliances management, I decided to follow my dream on a very different career path. My experience as a global executive, my training as a professional coach together with my continuing studies in the family advisory area, afford me a unique perspective and vision of how to support executives and families at critical points. Following my curiosity and my belief in lifelong learning, I expanded my coaching experience and obtained further certifications in family business advisory, I now specialise in advising business families from a family strategy point of view. I work with executives to help them develop and continue growing in their careers, aligning with their values and developing their leadership skills. With more than 600h experience and 100+ clients, I have a proven track record supporting leaders in their professional development.My first contact with coaching was in 2006 when I participated in an executive coaching process. After that, I was given the chance to join the Internal Coaching faculty at Amadeus IT Group (a multinational IT group focused on technology for the tourism sector), was certified as a Coactive-Coach by CTI in 2014 and started coaching internal clients assigned to me (25+) while supporting the People and Culture department on other related topics, such as engagement programs, acting as an observer and evaluator at development days or as trainer for future internal coaches/mentors. My purpose is to support executives and business families to achieve a better alignment between their values and their professional life.
