In my current role, as a Recruitment Relationship Manager at Allegis Global Solutions, we provide a strategic and consultative approach for competitive recruiting of top talent with a team of Recruitment Sourcing Specialists and the support of a shared service team of Recruitment Coordinators while monitoring and analyzing recruitment activities for each hiring requirement within a designated account to ensure the recruitment delivery process carries out activities according to the goals set forth in partnership with hiring leaders.
