I thrive in team environments and love the creative process. While I do enjoy working with teams, I am also highly capable of working independently.I work well under pressure and am not afraid of a challenge. My ability to think critically allows me to be effective in solving problems, whether independently or by seeking help when needed.Over the years, with my background in sales and consulting, I have traveled extensively. I am very comfortable planning, scheduling, booking, and coordinating trips and events. Additionally, I am comfortable speaking in front of large crowds and giving product demonstrations as needed.My career has afforded me opportunities to serve in various roles within the church and the AVL industry. These experiences have given me a unique perspective on how these sectors operate independently, as well as how they intersect. They have allowed me to empower churches to use technology efficiently and effectively, while also helping companies understand the church market. Even though I've been at this for 30 years now, I enjoy learning new things and am willing to acquire any required certifications. I am a hard worker and pick up on new things quickly. While developing and maintaining relationships have been the key to my success, hard work and determination are the foundation of everything I do.
