Designed integration solutions needed to fulfill the minimum requirements for the company’s core software solution to implement digital workflow solutions for laboratories.Managed the implementation of complex enterprise software solutions to provide digital workflows for pathology laboratories.Developed an internal custom application using the ReactJS framework and Node.js to pull ticketing information from our helpdesk to increase employee efficiency by improving awareness of billable hours and to integrate that information into a custom invoicing application. Helped lead to an increase in billable hours of 30%.

Researched and managed the implementation of new software and backend processes to handle integrations between clients and their customers (hospitals/clinics) which resulted in collective savings to clients of $100,000 in yearly support costs and greatly reduced integration development time.Key member of a customer support team providing 3rd party support to lab information systems.
