Responsible for supporting a moderate to large and/or complex portfolio of customers and shares leadership role withrelationship managers and/or customer support manager in managing a portfolio of accounts. Independently andproactively handles customer issues, monitors overdrafts, confirms additional source of funds and partners with officemanagement in decision making process; evaluates profitability and risk of designated portfolio; provides alternativepricing structure. Monitors accounts/portfolios/loan bookings to assure compliance with regulatory and companyrequirements; communicates regulatory and company requirements, tracks compliance and reports/escalatesidentified issues for resolution. Helps with customer onboarding, due diligence and other associated riskmanagement matters where required. Acts as the customers main point of contact for operational questions.Manages "owning the customer experience" approach and effectively executes on all standard protocols regardinginteractions with customers. Conducts customer courtesy calls, by phone and in-person, to build relationships andidentify cross-sell opportunities.

Responsible for implementing and servicing treasury management products and services that are moderate tocomplex in nature. Acts as a single point of contact for assigned clients throughout the customer life cycle. Dutiesmay include: Identifying and resolving client issues; acting as a liaison between the client and bank operations, salesofficers, vendors and Relationship Managers to ensure the delivery of quality services and to meet client needs;performing analysis to identify trends in order to ensure compliance, identify exceptions or recommend products,procedures or services that may streamline the client’s interactions; training less experienced team members asneeded to ensure optimal delivery of products and services; attending on-site client visits with manager to betterunderstand the business and deliver Service Reviews; performing post implementation product usage and customerbilling reviews; participating in special projects as assigned. Works with sales officers and Relationship Managers todefine and document product options.
