- Assist in the construction of bio-reactor wood chip cores - Carry out chemical measurements for bio-reactor testing- Assist in the efficiency testing of valve and sensors for bio-reactor monitoring- Carry out sieve particle size analysis of wood chips - Prepare wood chip samples for carbon-nitrogen ratio analysis- Assist in the collection of data for compaction ratios vs. drainable porosity related to wood chip bio-reactors

- Assist in the collection of soil cores using electronic GPS navigation instruments- Organize and label soil core samples being sent out for analysis- Perform routine maintenance on off-road vehicles used for sampling- Assist the marking of channels for agricultural drainage tiling- Assist in the development of agricultural drainage tile plans by recording elevation maps through the use of agricultural GPS technology (i.e. ArcMap, Trimble, Farmworks)

- Supervise 8-15 employees during a daily, fast paced, package sort operation- Record appropriate employee data, personnel records etc.- Advocate appropriate safety protocol for employees- Conform to certain production standards for a certain work area. - Work in collaboration with other part time and full time staff to create a safe an efficient working environment for part time employees.

I have previously worked in the Resource Management and Assistance Division of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, as a student intern with a focused area of electric vehicles, and renewable energy solutions.This positions main focus is on piloting the Zero Emissions Charging Challenge intitiative to the Twin-Cities metro area. This project's goal is to create zero emissions from energy generation and also during energy use in electric vehicles. Due to the fact that this is a pilot program, this position requires a significant amount of research work, presentation capability, and self management.
