I actively contribute to the investigation of protein aggregation using C. elegans as a model organism. My work primarily focuses on analyzing the effects of varying conditions on germline-related aggregation outcomes. I conduct imaging experiments that capture and analyze specimens across experimental conditions. I work closely with a graduate student mentor and a professor of biology to present data I capture, review findings, and plan future experiments. Additionally, I maintain a stock of C. Elegans in various strains and am proficient in preparing RNAi experiments, mounting specimens, antibody staining, DNA extraction, and conducting PCR.
