CurrentProduct ownership: · Monitoring state and federal regulations that impact the products and programs of the organization· Subject matter expertise· Understanding and translating said regulations into technical and non-technical specifications· Working with staff to provide business requirements for development· Facilitate User Groups, backlog meetings and drive product direction Account Management · Responsible for training appropriate resource/s to provide first level support for new systems.· Conducts weekly client meetings· Responsible as a single point of contact for account management and implementation activities on client engagements. · Responsible for engaging clients in discussions about new products and conducting needs assessments to identify opportunities for new product development.· Manage and client satisfactionProject Management· Manages the development life cycle for new products/systems to include but not limited to business analysis, requirements gathering, envisioning, workflow analysis, testing and documentation.
