About Jacob Shockley

As a small business owner, I tell dynamic stories and provide clients with the on-camera confidence necessary to communicate effectively with their target audience. I produce a wide array of video formats ranging from weddings to commercial and marketing content, working primarily with Adobe Creative Cloud programs such as Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Audition and Media Encoder.Clients consistently tell me that they have never felt more comfortable in front of a camera, often forgetting they're being filmed. I equate this to my background in visual journalism and interactive design for media. I love working with teams and experimenting with new and emerging mediums such as VR/AR/MR, drones, 360 videography and photography. Recently, I've taken a lot of interest in multi-cam live streaming. Coordinating with a team to create a project in real time is a rush and I've found it to be extremely rewarding.Ask anyone who knows me, and you'll find that I rarely go anywhere without a camera. When I'm not geeking out over technology, I love getting outside. OneWheeling, fishing and producing content for my YouTube channel with friends and family.
