I completed a high volume of inbound/outbound calls daily, contacting prospects in need of a better oxygen therapy solution. I also collaborated with doctor's offices and patients to exceed corporate sales objectives while surpassing customer expectations.

I cold-called whitespace businesses with approximately 10-500 employees to sell a business credit card program. I would then develop relationships within the accounts I closed to increase client utilization of the card program to increase value for both the account and for Chase.

I cold-called whitespace businesses with approximately 5-200 employees to pitch a complex, proprietary IT solution by showing how it could help simplify their IT requirements and reduce their overall IT costs. Once a company showed interest, I would then demonstrate the solution via web conference, followed by proposal and negotiating terms and conditions, and eventually closing the contract.

I managed all hardware maintenance and software service activities for many Federal civilianagencies. These duties included business development, client relationship management, and assisting with adding value to new business proposals to create a competitive advantage. I would partner with field counterparts, business partners, and client representatives to provide exemplary service and surpass corporate sales objectives.

While in school, I was chosen by a brand new insurance agent to help build an insurance agency and book of business with the ultimate goal of helping him earn a permanent agency contract at the end of the first year.
