- Content creation, social media management & scheduling and copywriting for the SPA across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, engaging of audience of 11k+ student journalists and alumni - Copywriting and maintaining the website- Supporting the delivery of the SPA’s annual national conference with an attendance of 250+ student journalists

- Creating content on travel safety themes and issues for the FCDO's Travel Aware campaign, developing content ideas based on themes and real-time input from consular regions around the world- Growing a separate Instagram account (@postcardsfromjacob) to help support my work as a brand ambassador

- Designing pages for the bi-weekly print edition of The Mancunion using Adobe InDesign and Canva on an ad-hoc basis

- Working open days, offer holder open days, and school outreach visits, representing SALC and talking to prospective students

- Produce written and video content for The University of Manchester's website and social media platforms, independently and alongside other student content creators- Hosting live content, including 2023 A-Level Results Day YouTube livestream and their first live campus tour on TikTok

- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as snacks, adhering to all food and beverage regulations- Working in the on-site Charles Hallé restaurant on an ad-hoc basis- Working in a pressurised environment, serving a high volume of customers in a short period of time

- Working during the busiest retail periods for the partnership (Christmas, Easter and Summer)- Primarily working as a Checkout Supervisor
