• Overseen daily production coming from main platform and satellite platforms as well as subsea wells.• Coordinated work tasks and production optimization on day & night shifts as well in collaboration with onshore targets. • Provided coaching & guidance to direct reports, in matters of production optimization, process understanding and safety awareness. • Led my direct reports through management of change e.g. implementing new electronic PTW(permit to work) system and overall new procedures & guidelines due to implementations of new standards. • Contributed to turn around a negative culture into a positive and open-minded working environment.
